SHIPPING POLICY

All wigs take 2-3 business days for processing. After processing all units will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Please contact us for any additional questions or concerns regarding your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are dissatisfied or needing a refund it will be allowed under circumstances

1) The wig must not be worn or show or smell any signs of wear.

2) Wig must be shipped back within 7 days of your original purchase.

3) The Wig Return Fee will be paid by the customer.

4) Pictures of the unit/items must be sent to Ayanna_Scott2@gmail.com along with your reasoning of return.
